We’ll investigate what’s been selling and what hasn’t and what you’d most like to learn from you customer base. I’ll use this information to shape my review of your existing feedback and to develop a client interview guide tailored to your business.


Prospective and Past Client Feedback Review: Regardless of whether you’ve been in business a year or a decade, the need for client feedback remains.

I’ll review information from those who have inquired about your services, feedback you’ve received from clients you’ve worked with, any findings you have from client surveys, and testimonials.

I’ll compile a set of trends from this feedback and recommendations to incorporate in your messaging and marketing that address key benefits to working with you and common questions your audience has when considering your services.


Client Interviews: I’ll provide you with a template to reach out to 3-4 of your past clients asking them to have a short call with me. No worries about whether they’ll say yes or not—I’ll help you decide on a great incentive for them to participate.

I’ll chat with these clients, investigating what they were facing before they hired you, why they decided to work with you, and how their life or business is different now.

I’ll record the exact words they use to describe their needs and purchasing behavior, helping you to narrow in on their needs and feel confident and prepared to proactively address these in your marketing and consults.


Brand Guide: Capturing all of the insights from our strategy call, client feedback review, and client interviews, this guide will become your brand bible.

You’ll be able to easily access the recommended words, phrases, and content areas you should use in your marketing materials. You’ll also be able to easily pass it off to anyone—from a graphic designer to a social media manager to a VA—helping them understand your business, brand, and target market.
